Meet Bill, Evelyn, and Bart

Bill Bondurant and Evelyn Clark are the top salespeople at Bondurant Realty Corp., a family-owned and operated business that has served Radford, VA, and the surrounding New River Valley for over fifty years.

Bill and Evelyn are both well-trained, enthusiastic practitioners of their profession with over thirty years of combined experience. Having closed over 1,400 transactions between them, they are well qualified to serve your real estate needs and eager to do so.

Bill is a native of Radford and a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, where he received a degree in music education. He joined the family real estate business in 1985 after serving ten years as a high school band director. Bill resides in Radford with his wife, Becca, and his teenage daughters Julie and Jennifer.

Evelyn Clark, also a Radford native, joined Bondurant Realty Corp. in 1990. She has previously worked in accounting and independent sales. Evelyn resides in Radford with her husband Vince. Her sons Andy and Ricky have recently finished college and are now successfully pursuing their own careers.

Bart is a full time (and then some) Realtor. Real estate was Bart's first and only career choice. He began in real estate earlier than most, forming the partnership of Castleberry & Associates while still in college. Through college he worked to identify, purchase, and manage investment property in the New River Valley. Soon after graduating from Virginia Tech, he made the move to concentrate on sales and joined Bondurant Realty where he is a successful agent working in all types of real estate sales; Residential, Land, Investment, and Commercial.

Bill and Evelyn are assisted by Carla Russell. Raised in a military family, Carla has lived all over the country, but finally decided to settle in the beautiful Virginia Mountains. Carla is now a licensed real estate agent who lives in Radford with her husband, John. Carla helps Bill and Evelyn in many ways to assure that your real estate transaction will run smoothly.
