Bill Bondurant began selling real estate in 1985, when he joined Bondurant Realty. He has since brokered the sale of hundreds of properties for satisfied buyers and sellers throughout Radford and the New River Valley.
Bill's real estate career followed 10 years as a public school teacher, including 8 years as band director at Radford High School. Since leaving RHS, he has remained in our community as an avid supporter of our public school system and Radford University. A lifelong musician, Bill has written dozens of musical arrangements for the RHS band over the last 45+ years. He also served as choir director at Grove United Methodist Church for over 30 years.
Bill is proud to be part of a family that has been an integral part of the Radford community since his father's establishment of the business in 1947. Since 2000, a third generation of Bondurants have joined the company. Bill is proud to now be working alongside both his daughters, Julie and Jenn, as well as his nephew, Ben, as they work together to provide for the housing needs of the Radford community.
Ben Bondurant, Associate Broker

After graduating from Emory and Henry College, Ben Bondurant started his career at Bondurant Realty Corp in 2002, working in the property management and maintenance fields. In 2006 he received his real estate license and started in sales; six years later he received his broker’s license.
Through the years, investment property became his focus - purchasing existing, and building new properties primarily in Radford University’s off-campus student area. Owning and managing real estate led to maintenance, remodeling, and construction, eventually leading to the creation of Bondurant Contracting Services (BCS).
BCS started with small remodeling jobs and has grown into full scale development projects. This push to create new opportunities in our real estate market resulted in Ben receiving the Radford Chamber of Commerce, 2023 Business Person of the Year.
Ben happily resides in Radford with his wife and two kids. As an Eagle Scout, he has continued a leadership role alongside his boys in scouting. Ben stays involved with his community, most recently as a member of the Radford University/Radford City Joint Commission. Outside of being involved with “all things real estate”, Ben enjoys the outdoors and traveling with his friends and family.

Bart is a full time (and then some) Realtor. Real estate was Bart's first and only career choice. He began in real estate earlier than most, forming the partnership of Castleberry & Associates while still in college. Through college he worked to identify, purchase, and manage investment property in the New River Valley.
Soon after graduating from Virginia Tech, he made the move to concentrate on sales, and joined Bondurant Realty. Native and lifetime resident of Waxhaw, NC, I relocated to Radford, VA last June. I fell in love with Southwestern VA and am enjoying all the surrounding area.
